Where Is My Order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched from our location which will contain your USPS Tracking Number. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 48 hours to provide tracking updates. If you see a "not found/error" message when attempting to track your package, please allow 48 business hours for an update to be shown. If you are not available to sign for your package when a delivery attempt is made, your package will be\held at your local USPS Office until you request a re-delivery or pick it up yourself.
Can I Reschedule A Booking?
Yes, you can reschedule all bookings. All cancellations/reschedules need to be made within 24hrs. of your appointment time to avoid a fee of $25.

Rush Orders?
A "Rush Order" is considered any Wisper Couture custom apparel requiring a turn around time of less then 14 business days. Please refer to the Rush Order page for more information.
JEWELRY CARE
By following these simple tips, your jeweled pieces will keep sparkling for years to come.
Always remove jewelry and/or hair accessories when washing hands, showering, or swimming. Moisture can cause stones to dull and become loose.
Avoid spraying or applying any alcohol or oil-based products such as; perfume, hairspray, body lotions, cleansers or hair grooming products on or near the jewelry including hair accessory pieces. The alcohol or oil content will cause Lucite beads to crack, will dull the finish and loosen the crystals, and cause metal parts to discolor or tarnish.
Never expose jewelry or hair accessory pieces to extreme heat or direct sunlight over long periods of time as this can cause colors to fade.
To clean your jewelry and hair accessories use a dry soft cloth. Never submerge in cleaning solution or water.
Wisper Couture cannot be held liable for such damage, as stated above in the disclaimer.
Why Won't My Code Work?
Your Code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the promo code box just before checkout. Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer discount and the code can only be used once.
What Happens If I Forget To Use A Discount Code?
Once your order has been placed we will not make any changes to your total as we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
Can I Cancel My Order?
No, we are very quick with processing orders to make sure that you receive yours as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to can it.
