Return & Exchange Policy
Here at Wisper Couture we want every women to feel confident and happy with her purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days for a prompt exchange or store credit.
Wisper Couture will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed merchandise in all original packages and tags attached. A merchandise credit will be issued.
FINAL SALE, SALE, NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

Email us at Wispercouture@yahoo.com enter in Subject Line: Return or Exchange with your Invoice number and Reason For Return/Exchange.
RETURN GUIDELINES:

Exchanges/Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving shipment.

Only Store Credit at purchase purchase price will be credited. Shipping not included (non-refundable)

Credit is valid for 1 year

Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

NO odors, animal hair, damage to merchandise, stains, etc..

Returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. This includes the boxes if you recieved shoes or other merchandise packaged in a box with original tags still attached.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
Once your return is received and processed please allow up to 7 business days for you store credit to be issued. Once your return has been processed you will receive a credit code at the email address you provided at the time of purchase. Please be sure to check your Email Inbox and Spam Folders for this Gift Card/Store Credit Code.
